✔️ 6+ months of structural welding experience can apply

✔️ 8+ months of structural welding experience preferred

✔️ MIG Welding experience

✔️ Flux-Core Welding experience

✔️ Ability to read blueprints and tape measures

✔️ Experience welding in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions

✔️ Ability to set voltage/amperage on welding machines

✔️ Grinding and fabrication experience

Weld Test Requirements

✔️ 3G MIG Test on 1/4" Carbon Plate

✔️ 4F MIG Test on 1/4" Plate (24" Wide)

✔️ Must demonstrate clean starts and stops

Candidates who do not pass the 3G test may be considered for a 1G test at a lower pay rate.

Pay Structure

✅ Structural Welders: $19-$22/hr

(6+ months to 2 years structural welding experience)

✅ Welder/Fitters: $22-$25/hr

(2+ years structural welding & fitting experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
