Evening Shift Incentive: Extra $4.00 per hour Employment Status: Direct Hire: Full-time status starting on day one. Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week across all shifts. 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, (5:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.) 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, (3:30 p.m.-2:00 a.m.)-(Includes $4.00 per hour shift premium) Your Impact: As a MIG Welder, you will play a vital role in fabricating, joining, and repairing steel components for large industrial assemblies. You will contribute to a high-output manufacturing environment by producing structurally sound, top-tier welds. Your daily tasks involve interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, configuring equipment, and occasionally supporting robotic welding operations, all while maintaining a focus on precision and safety.
