Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) assignment for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM with 36 guaranteed hours per week (48 hours may be considered). This role involves providing comprehensive cardiopulmonary care across inpatient and outpatient populations of all ages. The therapist will perform evaluations, deliver respiratory treatments, support life-saving interventions, and provide education to patients and families. The clinician must be comfortable working across multiple hospital units and handling a wide range of respiratory conditions. EPIC experience is mandatory for this role and must be clearly indicated at submission.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience
• Active NBRC RRT certification and New York State license required
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• EPIC experience required (must be noted on submission)
• Labor & Delivery / Neonatal Resuscitation experience required
• Critical care proficiency required
• Associate's degree from an accredited Respiratory Care program required
• Must include NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate with submission
• Skills checklist (within 1 year) and 1 supervisory reference required
• Full work history and matching permanent address required (validated during compliance)
• Candidates must not reside in restricted NY counties per facility policy
