- Performing preculture and cell culture operations of reduced scale bioreactors.
- Executing lab-scale protocols to support automation and advanced process control of bioreactor operations.
- Participating in the evaluation of new sensor technologies installed in bioreactors.
- Conducting offline sample testing and preparing data summaries of bioreactor operations.
- Reporting to senior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of biotherapeutic manufacturing cell culture operations.
- Are competent in independently operating reduced scale manufacturing, including aseptic techniques, preculture, and cell culture (strongly preferred).
- Possess knowledge and experience with process-supporting measurements such as metabolite analyzers and cell counting analyzers.
- Have excellent communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
