Essential Functions
- Denham-Blythe is seeking a carpenter with experience in industrial and commercial carpentry work.
- Performs various types of demo.
- Builds forms, walls and foundation structures for pouring concrete in a variety of applications.
- Installs the concrete formwork foundations in the early stages of a building or other construction project.
- Works with materials such as metals, wood, plastic, hardware, fiberglass, or drywall.
- Utilizes the correct tools to achieve the necessary results.
- Works safely on ladders, scaffold and lifts at various heights.
- Builds temporary stairs, railings, ramps or other means of egress and safety measures.
- Erects scaffolding in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Performs framing, primarily with wood and occasionally with metal studs
- Performs labor duties on occasion.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be willing to submit to a Drug Screen and Background Check
- Must have reliable transportation
