Career Service Advisor

Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Help students and graduates find employment in their healthcare field of study. Manage a population of graduates and assist with job placement in Allied Healthcare. Provide guidance on interview techniques, workplace expectations, and resume best practices. Develop and implement plans to achieve student and graduate employment goals. Meet or exceed department metrics including talk time, interviews, hires, and monthly placement goals. Assist Directors with advertising, recruiting extern and placement sites, marketing to the medical community, and monitoring student progress during externship. Represent CHCP positively in the community. Attend and participate in staff meetings and student orientation. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accrediting rules and regulations. Build positive relationships with students to promote career services throughout their education. About You The company is looking for: Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
