In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the study, ensuring seamless delivery across regions while mentoring the next generation of DM professionals. What you’ll bring: Primary Point of Contact Expertise – proven success as the go-to person for customers on data management deliverables. Global Study Management – track record in managing multiple large global studies or programs of studies. Negotiation Skills – confident in leading customer discussions on timelines, budgets, processes, and resourcing. Team Leadership & Mentorship – skilled in training and guiding junior team members on DM best practices. Industry Depth – minimum 10 years’ data management experience in a CRO or pharma setting. Independent Lead Experience – 7+ years owning full study-level DM activities for clinical trials or DM projects. 100% homebased from USA or Canada Work for a global CRO embedded with a single, dedicated sponsor Lead, influence, and mentor in a collaborative environment Reply with your updated resume and availability to discuss next steps.
