Respiratory Therapist – Bryan, OH
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift

Respiratory Therapists provide high-quality, compassionate cardiopulmonary care to patients across a variety of acute care settings. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders, working alongside physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Responsibilities include administering respiratory therapies, managing oxygen delivery systems, operating ventilators, responding to emergency situations, and delivering evidence-based care to patients with both routine and critical respiratory needs.

Position Overview
Permanent, full-time role
36 hours per week
Night shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
3 12-hour shifts per week
Acute care hospital setting

Compensation & Incentives
Pay: Based on Experience
Position may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus
Position may be eligible for relocation assistance up to $5,000

Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting
Current Ohio Respiratory Care license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential verification through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
ACLS, PALS, and NRP may be required based on assigned department
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with up to 100 lbs
Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills
