Now Hiring: Non-Certified Maintenance Technician - Dallas, TX 75287 Pay: $21 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with on-call rotation Start Date: ASAP Opportunity: Temporary or Temp-to-Hire BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Non-Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Dallas, TX 75287. This position will focus on completing work orders, preparing units for move-ins, and assisting with general property maintenance. Responsibilities * Complete and close maintenance work orders * Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs * Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation * Complete painting, patching, and minor repairs * Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections * Maintain common areas, amenities, and community grounds * Respond to resident maintenance requests professionally * Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled * Follow all safety and property standards Qualifications * Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred * EPA or HVAC certification is not required * General maintenance and troubleshooting experience * Appliance repair experience preferred * Must have basic hand and power tools * Ability to participate in the on-call rotation * Reliable transportation and strong attendance * Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks #BGALL BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
