Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Job Responsibilities Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards Manage and reconcile AR schedules and balances that pertain to the parts warehouse Research and resolve AR discrepancies and chargebacks Communicate with business manager and GM regarding receivables on a weekly basis Schedule: This is a part-time position. There will be about 24 hours/week available. Schedule is flexible and may be discussed at the time of hiring.
