Location: North Miami Beach, FL 33162 Pay: $17.50 - $18.50/hr Join a growing team supporting customer accounts, payment processing, and order coordination. This role combines administrative, financial, and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced environment serving contractors and project-based customers. Billing & Customer Accounts Specialist Responsibilities Manage customer account balances Collect and post payments Process deposits and down payments Investigate billing discrepancies Communicate account holds and payment updates Work closely with accounting and operations teams Maintain organized records and documentation Qualifications Billing, collections, cashiering, or accounting support Retail or contractor-facing customer service Experience using ERP or POS systems Strong communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish Schedule Full-time with rotating Saturday coverage.
