- We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Coffee Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about our mission and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The Coffee Barista will prepare high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and create a welcoming experience for every customer.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, cups, and other supplies as needed.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment.
- Educate customers about menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure food safety and health regulations are followed at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide efficient service during busy periods.
- Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
