Senior Talent Sourcing Partner, Private Wealth & Banking

CIBC US is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to proactively source, assess and recruit top external talent for Private Wealth and Private Banking. You will develop talent attraction strategies, build pipelines and partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You will operate in a hybrid model with on-site days and remote work, leveraging Workday and CMSs to identify unicorn candidates and influence hiring decisions with speed and accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr CIBC US
