Kittle's Sales Manager - Allisonville Road Superstore

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our Allisonville Road Superstore to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commission sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about design, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate team members.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience building strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in retail sales in a leadership role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of furniture products, design trends, and the sales process (preferred)

Work Environment :

• Furniture Showroom
• Weekdays, Weekends, and some holidays
• Lifting, Pushing, Pulling up to 25+ lbs. occasionally
