IT Helpdesk & End-User Systems Specialist

Wi-Tronix is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to be the first line of support for end users in Bolingbrook, IL. You will manage Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, MFA, VPN, and conference room A/V; image and deploy devices; onboarding/offboarding to keep systems secure and ready for new hires. You will partner with IT and DevOps on patching, server maintenance, and company-wide meetings where reliability matters and issues must be resolved on the first attempt. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wi-Tronix
