Liquidity Associate

Support the Head of Customer Funding Desk in managing the Americas business Coordinate meetings, communications, projects, calendars, and action items Maintain business documentation, procedures, records, and audit-ready files Support daily operational workflows, transaction booking, settlement, and reporting Produce management reports, dashboards, pipeline updates, KPIs, and executive presentations Analyze sales activity, deposit balances, revenues, client trends, and business performance Coordinate daily renewal of customer funding transactions Prepare liquidity proposals, pricing materials, client pitches, and product presentations Support client onboarding, internal approvals, opportunity tracking, and commercial research Monitor pending transactions, renewals, and operational exceptions Promote responsible AI use and automate administrative and reporting tasks Support innovation, process improvements, dashboards, templates, and workflow enhancements Coordinate regional and global CFD projects, tracking deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, and action plans Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field Approximately 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, business management, or a related analytical role Interest in Transaction Banking, liquidity management, treasury products, innovation, or Corporate & Investment Banking Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, advanced formulas, data analysis, and dashboard preparation Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive-level presentation preparation Strong reporting, analytical, and data-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and standard productivity tools Working knowledge of AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or comparable enterprise-approved tools Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken U.S. employment eligibility required; BBVA will not pursue visa sponsorship Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Bloomberg, CRM platforms, or workflow automation tools is a plus Exposure to Corporate & Investment Banking products, liquidity, deposits, cash management, treasury, or funding products is preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing customer funding transactions, financial analysis, and operational workflows while supporting innovation and process improvements.
