You’ll set up and operate turret punch press equipment from work orders and specifications, inspect material before it runs, and check your work with measuring tools to make sure every part meets spec. What You’ll Be Doing Set up and operate turret punch press equipment according to work orders and specifications Inspect and verify materials before processing to keep every job running right the first time Perform quality checks and record measurements using measuring tools Maintain accurate production, inspection, and productivity records Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment Identify and separate scrap and non-conforming material Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep your work area clean and organized Assist with packaging and material handling as needed Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives Train team members when required What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 1 to 2 years of machine operation experience Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic math skills Experience using handheld measuring tools Ability to lift up to 40 lbs A strong safety mindset Turret punch press experience is preferred Forklift experience or certification is preferred Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, ideally in the metals industry Basic computer skills are preferred Compensation and Work Model Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process. Schedule: 3rd Shift, Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Weekend overtime is available on a voluntary basis. Work model: Onsite.
