About the Role
The Company is seeking an Advanced Solutions Project Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the Advanced Solutions organization, with a focus on managing end-to-end projects for corporate clients and internal partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational support across equity administration platforms, ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of various projects, and providing expertise in equity compensation practices. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in equity compensation administration or a related field, solid proficiency in software and web applications, and strong project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, excel in building relationships, and be committed to driving successful project outcomes and contributing to process enhancement. Applicants for the Advanced Solutions Project Specialist position at the company should be enthusiastic, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The role demands a strong ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a team. While not mandatory, familiarity with stock plan administration systems and a certification such as CEP Level 1 are desirable. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, and be willing to learn and comply with international regulations.
