Neonatal Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a well-established team of practitioners. In this role, you will provide clinical management for high-risk neonates and infants. You will offer patient education and collaborate with medical, nursing, and support services. The focus is on providing high-value, family-centered care. You will exercise autonomy in ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests. This will drive patient treatment plans. Coverage includes multiple teaching hospitals with Level III NICUs and additional support services. You will have patients on your service while providing unit-based support, attending deliveries, and performing procedures. Physicians will conduct daily check-ins with patients. Experience in a high-volume delivery room environment is preferred. Daily patient encounters may range from 10 to 22, depending on the facility. The role involves working collaboratively with a team of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners. The environment will provide opportunities to manage smaller and sicker patients. This position requires commitment to high-quality newborn care and teamwork.
