Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CPR
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday
• Weekend Requirement: No
• Coverage area includes Graves County and Calloway County

Location Highlights

Mayfield offers access to western Kentucky attractions and a quieter home base for travel clinicians. Downtown Mayfield is about 25 miles from Murray and about 30 miles from Kentucky Lake, which supports boating, fishing, and waterfront recreation. The city is also within driving distance of Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, roughly 40 miles away, where visitors can find hiking trails, camping, and the Elk & Bison Prairie. Paducah is about 25 miles north and offers the National Quilt Museum, a walkable historic downtown, and riverfront views along the Ohio and Tennessee River corridor.
