GDI provides integrated facility maintenance services across the United States and Canada. Shifts Available Sun - Thurs: Third Shift – 11 PM – 7 AM General Cleaners Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To Floor Stripping & Refinishing: Execute complete VCT stripping procedures by applying chemical strippers, removing old wax build‑up, neutralizing the floor, and preparing surfaces for refinishing. Waxing & Sealing: Apply multiple, even coats of floor finish/wax and sealers according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Requirements Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus, but not required. Must have the ability to work with other crew members. Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions. Must have reliable transportation.
