Customer Service Representative
A growing manufacturing company in Oxford is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do:
- Receive and process customer orders by phone and email
- Enter orders accurately into the system
- Confirm order details and delivery schedules with customers
- Monitor orders through production and shipment
- Assist customers with product information and sample requests
- Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
