Inside Sales Representative – Ventura
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow existing customer accounts. This role is responsible for preparing quotes, building strong customer relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services
- Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications
- Stay current on telecommunications products and industry trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer service experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
- Telecommunications or technology sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through
