Key Responsibilities: Our Dental Hygienists are tasked with providing direct dental care and related services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, as well as offering general support to the office. Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient. Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride application, and other related procedures under a dentist's supervision. Ensure excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care. Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices. Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories. Adhere to all government regulations and organizational standards. Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed. Take x-rays and save them in patient records when necessary. Create memorable experiences for patients by showing compassion and understanding. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR certification (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire). We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
