We are seeking an experienced Community Marketing Manager to lead engagement, storytelling, and partnership initiatives for a global research community. This role will serve as the bridge between research teams, academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and external partners to drive awareness, collaboration, and adoption of cutting-edge research technologies.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in marketing, communications, or partnership management and is skilled at translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. You will own partner-facing marketing programs, coordinate cross-functional launches, manage community engagement efforts, and support strategic relationships with research organizations around the world.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies supporting research and community partnerships.

Create and manage case studies, blogs, videos, newsletters, and partner success stories.

Coordinate cross-functional launches involving research, communications, legal, design, and product teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and research communities.

Plan and support conferences, summits, community events, and partner engagement programs.

Gather partner feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.

Manage ongoing community communications and engagement initiatives.

Track program performance and report on key metrics including engagement, reach, partner satisfaction, and research interest.

Identify opportunities to expand awareness and promote research initiatives to external audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, partnerships, community engagement, or related fields.

Experience working directly with external partners, research organizations, academic institutions, or nonprofits.

Proven success launching externally facing content such as case studies, blogs, videos, or marketing campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and launch timelines.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting research, innovation, or emerging technology programs.

Background in AR/VR, wearables, computer vision, AI, or related technologies.

Experience organizing conferences, community events, or partner summits.

Familiarity with university research programs and academic partnership environments.

Experience building or scaling community programs from the ground up.
