Step into a vital role supporting elementary students’ communication and language development in a school-based position beginning August 6 through May 19. This full-time direct hire opportunity offers a consistent 35-hour workweek, allowing you to immerse yourself in the growth and progress of an elementary caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license for North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload in an elementary school context

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop targeted, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and document services provided
