We are seeking a temporary Billing Specialist for a six-month position to assist during our busy season with calculating costs and rates for services and goods shipments, preparing and issuing invoices, posting data, and maintaining accurate records.

Priorities include reviewing documents to compute fees and charges due, verifying accuracy of billing data and revising any errors, preparing itemized invoices and amounts due for services rendered, keeping records of invoices and support documents, preparing reports as needed, and answering inquiries regarding billing.

Qualifications/Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, exposure to billing and/or accounting principles, exceptional time management and attention to detail, and the ability to be adaptable, flexible, and versatile.
