Job TitleWe are looking for a dedicated QA Analyst with experience in RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) processes and working knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira.Required SkillsQA / Test Analysis experienceRCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) knowledgeServiceNow exposureJira defect management and user story creationDefect triage, classification, and root cause analysisStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse technical and business findings identified during QA and RCSA assessments.Categorise and classify defects/issues based on severity, impact, and root cause.Translate findings into clear and detailed user stories, defect descriptions, and acceptance criteria.Log, track, and manage defects and enhancement requests in Jira.Work closely with business, technology, and QA teams to ensure accurate defect documentation and resolution tracking.Maintain quality records, reporting, and defect lifecycle governance.Support risk, control, and compliance-related QA activities.
