Essential Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Brand Strategy & Stewardship Lead the development and evolution of AutoCamp's brand strategy and positioning. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints. Serve as the company's brand guardian, maintaining brand integrity while enabling innovation and growth. Develop and manage comprehensive brand guidelines and compliance standards. Creative & Content Leadership Oversee creative direction across all marketing channels. Lead content strategy including social media, video, influencer partnerships, and storytelling initiatives. Assist the Marketing team with photo and video shoots, ensuring all creative assets align with brand standards and commercial objectives. Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, creative agencies, and production partners. Develop a scalable content production framework that supports property openings, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing brand storytelling. Social Media & Community Engagement Own AutoCamp's social media strategy and social content calendar in collaboration with agency support Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand affinity across key platforms. Identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance brand relevance and visibility. Oversee influencer and creator partnerships that align with brand objectives. Assist the VP of Digital Marketing with launching new affiliate platforms; TikTok Go, Shop My etc. Guest Experience & Brand Touchpoints Lead the development and execution of branded guest touchpoints across the customer journey. Partner closely with Operations to ensure brand standards are reflected consistently on property. Oversee branded collateral, signage, wayfinding, in-room materials, merchandise, uniforms, and experiential programming. Evaluate and improve guest-facing experiences to strengthen brand perception and loyalty. Property & Operations Partnership Collaborate with General Managers and operational leaders to ensure successful brand execution at each location. Develop training tools and resources that help property teams deliver a consistent brand experience. Conduct periodic brand audits and establish processes for maintaining compliance across all properties. Support new property openings with comprehensive brand implementation plans. Help to manage agency, creative, PR, and production partners. Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure brand health and marketing effectiveness. Partner with executive leadership to align brand strategy with business objectives. Qualifications Required Experience 8+ years of progressive brand marketing experience, including senior leadership roles. Significant experience within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, outdoor recreation, luxury, or consumer brands. Proven success leading multi-channel brand marketing initiatives. Experience directing photo shoots, video production, content creation, and creative development. Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, and community building. Experience creating and managing brand standards, compliance documentation, and brand governance processes. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with property operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience managing agencies, creative partners, and production budgets. Preferred Experience Experience in boutique hospitality, resorts, outdoor hospitality, glamping, experiential travel, or lifestyle brands. Experience supporting multi-property or multi-location businesses. Background working with premium consumer brands that emphasize experience and storytelling. Understanding of guest experience design and hospitality service standards. Leadership Competencies Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. Exceptional creative judgment and brand instincts.
