Production Supervisor

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR LOCATION: AVON, OH JOB DUTIES Oversee the production department – people, equipment, process Ensure production meets or exceeds standards with the highest level of quality Enforce company policies and goals timely, fairly, and consistently Ensure that health and safety guidelines are strictly followed and enforced Supervise and motivate a team of workers. Able to hold people accountable Identify, implement, and drive continuous improvement activities Review workers' performance. Provides meaningful feedback often and consistently Identify training needs and provide opportunities for cross-training and career development Meets required deadlines. Communicates potential issues early in the process with the shareholders and advises recovery options. Ensures all required reporting needs are met timely and accurately Reviews work orders for accuracy and verify all materials are available prior to working on the job Coordinates with other departments to ensure material needs are being processed in order to meet demand REQUIRED SKILLS At least 3 years of manufacturing experience Effectively communicate with coworkers, management and customer.
