Associate Logistics Specialist / Admin Support

One of our clients is seeking an Administrative Support/Associate Logistics Specialist to join their team.
This is a full-time, temporary opportunity where you will earn $19/hour. You will work Monday, Thursday - Sunday at two different locations. You will have Tuesday and Wednesday off.
Some of your responsibilities as an Administrative Support Specialist/Associate Logistics Specialist include:
- Providing excellent customer service with timely communication
- Status monitoring
- Shipment assignment
- Carrier invoice auditing
- Carrier rate maintenance
- Carrier support functions
- Assisting in resolving customer concerns related to shipments, etc.
- Supporting other operations
To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience as well as:
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
- Transportation experience
- Ability to learn company software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
