OTE: $110,000-$165,000+ | Uncapped Commission About the Role OTE: $110,000-$165,000+ | Uncapped Commission Diaza Sportswear is looking for an experienced Senior Team Sales Representative who can create and close meaningful business. This role is designed for an established salesperson who understands the sports industry, has developed strong relationships, and knows how to turn those relationships into revenue. We are especially interested in candidates who already have a book of business, established industry connections, or direct access to decision-makers within sports organizations. This is not a role built around maintaining a comfortable pipeline. We want a closer. Your Mission Build significant new revenue for Diaza by developing apparel partnerships with sports organizations throughout the United States and internationally. Responsibilities Acquire high-value sports organization accounts. Develop opportunities with professional teams, clubs, academies, universities, schools, leagues, tournaments, and other athletic organizations. Build relationships with ownership groups, executives, club directors, athletic directors, coaches, purchasing teams, and other key decision-makers. Sell comprehensive apparel programs including uniforms, training gear, teamwear, fanwear, retail opportunities, and team stores. Lead negotiations and close complex opportunities. Develop multi-season and long-term customer relationships. Expand accounts beyond an initial uniform order into broader organizational partnerships. Identify strategic opportunities within your existing professional network. Represent Diaza at high-value meetings and industry events. Work closely with internal leadership on major opportunities. Travel domestically and internationally when opportunities require it. Who We Are Looking For You are experienced enough that you don't need to be taught how to sell. You know how to open doors. You know how to find the person who makes the decision. You know how to follow up. You know when to push. And you know how to close professionally. Proven success in B2B or relationship-driven sales. Strong sports-industry knowledge. Existing industry relationships. A meaningful book of business or professional network. Experience closing substantial accounts. Strong negotiation skills. Exceptional follow-through. High personal accountability. The ability to operate independently. A competitive mindset. High urgency. Confidence communicating with senior decision-makers. Experience in teamwear, sporting goods, uniforms, sports apparel, athletic equipment, sponsorship, sports business, or related industries is particularly valuable. Compensation

$110,000-$165,000+ OTE

Base salary plus a highly performance-based, uncapped commission structure . Top performers are not limited to the advertised OTE. If you produce extraordinary results, your compensation should reflect extraordinary results. Location Candidates located in New Jersey are strongly preferred, particularly those able to work regularly with the Diaza team in person. Hybrid flexibility may be available.
