Crisis Milieu Specialist II - Frontline Mental Health Care
The Centers
The Centers in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Milieu Specialist II to help create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals in mental health crises. You will monitor the milieu, provide direct patient care, and assist with crisis intervention within a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care across shifts. Responsibilities include leading unit activities, completing daily reports, and coordinating patient care with clinicians to support recovery and safety in a #J-18808-Ljbffr
