We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Client Advisor to be the first impression of our studio. If you enjoy building relationships, achieving sales goals, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

● Welcome every client with a friendly, professional attitude.

● Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.

● Educate clients on services, memberships, packages, and retail products.

● Recommend products and services based on each client’s needs.

● Help achieve daily and monthly sales goals.

● Follow up with new, existing, and inactive clients.

● Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.

● Work closely with the studio team to provide an outstanding client experience.

What We’re Looking For

● Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

● Sales or customer service experience preferred.

● Comfortable recommending products and services.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Reliable, punctual, and professional.
