Evaluate and assess students, providing feedback to enhance their skills. Create a motivational and organized classroom environment. Develop and implement a curriculum that meets state educational standards. Work collaboratively with faculty to ensure educational excellence. Qualifications Must hold a valid Esthetics license in the state of Indiana. Necessary to have an Indiana State Educator License for Beauty Culture. Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred. Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A genuine passion for educating and guiding future beauty industry professionals. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning preferences.
