Customer Experience Representative - BDL Airport

Position Overview The National and Alamo team is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide superior, friendly, and efficient transactions. You will offer company‑approved services and products, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The role also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information, enabling an efficient and timely rental and return experience. This is a full‑time opportunity at National/Alamo servicing Bradley International Airport (BDL), 40 hours per week. Pay starts at $20.19 per hour with potential to earn incentive pay of up to $3,000 per month based on individual performance and opportunities for merit increases. All hours worked between 8:00 pm and 3:00 am qualify for an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential. Location Bradley Airport facility is located at 180 Schoephoester Rd, Windsor Locks, CT 06096. Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment. Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information. Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors. Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned. Assist in assessing the condition of rental upon return. Notify management of any known customer problems. Notify management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance. Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on‑the‑job training and development opportunities, and any company‑sponsored classroom training. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support. Valid U.S. driver’s license required. No more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years. No drug or alcohol related incidents on driving record in the past 5 years. Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office products required. Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Willing to accept the starting pay of $20.19 per hour plus potential to earn $1 per hour shift differential and incentive‑based bonuses.
