Senior Accountant

Crew Carwash is seeking a Senior Accountant to support our growing retail network across Indiana and the Midwest. In this role, you’ll lead month-end close, general ledger management, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely statements for a multi-location operation. You’ll prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses; support budgeting and forecasting; and help strengthen internal controls and processes. Partnering closely with operations and leadership, you’ll translate financial data into insights that drive performance, while contributing to a people-first culture focused on integrity, development, and continuous improvement.
