Location: Based out of Amazon Delivery Station DAU7 at 3150 Chisholm Trail Rd, Round Rock, TX 78681.

Compensation: $18 per hour

Shift Time(s): Shift starts at 10 am and may be 8-10 hours.

Delivering Delights, LLC is seeking motivated team players to join our delivery team as Driver Helpers. You’ll partner with our drivers to efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers in your community. What You’ll Do:

As a Driver Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon-branded, DOT regulated box truck and support the driver in delivering packages. Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading packages
• Interacting with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• Working 2 or more days per week, up to 10 hours per day (including breaks)

Requirements :

• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
• Eligible to work in the U.S 
• At least 18 years of age
• Weekends are a MUST.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Carry packages up to 70 lbs
• Handle possibly over 300 packages per day

Physical Demands: One thing to note is that this job is not for everyone. It is physically demanding, especially during our peak seasons in June and December. Drivers are expected to complete close to 200 stops within an 8-hour route, which often includes apartment deliveries with lots of flights of stairs.

You should also be prepared to work in challenging weather conditions. Summer heat, winter cold, and rainy days are all part of the job, and deliveries must continue regardless of the weather.

Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and involves both indoor and outdoor conditions.
