Role Description This full-time, on-site Associate role is based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area at Creative Dentistry of Atlanta. The Associate will provide general and cosmetic dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive procedures. Daily responsibilities include performing high-quality clinical work, maintaining accurate and compliant patient records, and collaborating with the dental team to ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience. The role involves educating patients on treatment options and oral health, supporting a calm and comfortable environment, and adhering to practice protocols and safety standards. The Associate will also participate in team meetings, continuing education, and practice growth activities as needed. Qualifications Clinical dentistry skills, including proficiency in general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures. Strong patient communication and chairside manner, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and empathetically. Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical and administrative team in a fast-paced practice setting. Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control, safety, and compliance with dental regulations. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution; current, unrestricted Georgia dental license or eligibility to obtain one. Interest in or experience with advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry; familiarity with modern dental technology and digital systems. Dedication to ongoing professional development, continuing education, and evidence-based clinical practice.
