Once fully trained, senior baristas will average $28-33 per hour (hourly+ tips).

We're looking for friendly, genuine folks who are interested in becoming part of the Caffe Luxxe family in the South Bay! We want to pay you a very competitive salary for your talent, passion, and dedication to great customer service! If you have experience as a barista, GREAT! If not, DON'T WORRY we'll train you. We roast our small-batch coffee and have been voted best-tasting coffee year after year. Featuring 7 cafes since 2006 and our roastery, we introduced the 3rd wave of luxury artisanal coffee in Los Angeles.
We are well known for our challenging, world-class training program and paid working barista apprenticeship, which upon graduation, places our team members amongst the finest professional barista in the industry. In the weeks leading up to your caffe launch, our expert trainers will get you up to speed on all of our signature coffee-making techniques and operations.
In addition to a passion for coffee, we are looking for individuals who embrace the love for culinary expression and luxury products.
Job Details:
- An ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a strong desire to grow a career with a fast-growing, family-oriented company. With positive motivation and aptitude, we will be happy to train you in a management career or to work in different parts of our company as well.
- The position requires 25-30 hours per week, and you must be flexible to work shifts any day of the week.

Founded in 2006, Caffe Luxxe is a local family-owned business based in Los Angeles that was the first to introduce artisanal coffee to the city. Caffe Luxxe owns and operates 7 cafes throughout LA (with more on the way) and its coffee roastery is located in the South Bay. The company is committed to hand-crafting the highest quality coffee for its cafes and wholesale customers. Caffe Luxxe has been consistently rated the best-tasting coffee in Los Angeles each year by local journalists and customers since our opening. All of our coffees have been highly rated by Coffee Review (scoring 91-94 points), the industry's premier independent review publication.
