Greets patients, explaining exams to them and answering any questions. The technologists ensure all exams are correct and diagnostic before releasing patient. The technologist remains current on radiology and CT techniques and procedures. They are willing to work beyond their “normal” working hours, on weekends and holiday’s when necessary. They assist the radiologist when needed and is under the direction of the radiology director. Knowledge of current diagnostic radiology technical information. Proficient in using computers and computer systems.
