Pipe ForemanEsposito Construction has major sitework projects underway throughout New Jersey and we're looking for an experienced working Pipe Foreman to ensure optimum productivity and construction compliance. Must have experience with installation of utilities as well as knowledge of various sizes and types of drain pipe. If you are physically able to work on your feet 40+ hours a week and love working both in and outside than this is the job for you. Above all else, we value the safety of our workers and need a team player that believes in working safe and being on time/early every day.Benefits:Medical insurance paid by Esposito Construction for single rate.401(k) eligibility with company contribution.Dental insurance eligibility.Vision insurance eligibility.Paid time off.Pay: Flexible, experience based $35-45 DOEResponsibilities:Lead a crew in the installation of underground utilities, water mains, fire mains, sewer mains and storm drainsExecute pipe work in accordance with plans, specifications and directives from the Project ManagerBeing able to run a pipe crew and also manage all day to day activities on a site.Knows and understands the production schedule.Can plan daily work from the project's four-week schedule and executes sameCan perform and train the essential job functions for any position on the pipe crew.Identify, report and correct hazards.Qualifications:Effective communication skillsAbility to measure, perform construction math and calculate slopesCan set up and properly use a pipe laser and builder's levelKnowledge of safe rigging and hoisting equipment and proceduresKnowledge of PSCC and OSHA rules, including safe trenching guidelinesUnderstands optimum moisture, densities and compaction requirementsRead and interpret plans, including pipe restraint joint chartsProper techniques for joining different types of pipe; push joint, MJ, restrained joints, TR Flex and flanged.Heavy Equipment OperationEsposito Construction LLC is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
