Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Technologist position available in Bismarck, North Dakota. This healthcare organization is seeking qualified candidates to join their team in a fast-paced, acute care setting. The role involves assisting radiologists during procedures, managing post-procedure documentation, and operating specialized imaging equipment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8 Hour Days, with the possibility of finishing cases if started late. Call is required; approximately 10 days or less per month, roughly two days a week or less depending on time off schedules for weekly call.
• Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) certification, BLS certification, North Dakota Medical Imaging Board registration (NDMIRT), minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology technology, experience with electronic medical record (Epic), and familiarity with angio and ultrasound procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC experience is preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • Must note if the clinician has previously worked for the organization; if so, the previous employment end date must be at least six months prior to submission.
  • The unit features two fluoroscopy rooms, CT imaging, and ultrasound rooms.
  • Scrubs are supplied and must be worn on site.
  • Training includes department-specific protocol review and EMR training.
  • Main responsibilities include assisting radiologists during procedures, scheduling and coding, post-procedure film processing, charting, and billing.
  • Floating to other departments such as Cat Scan may be required.
  • Shift time is 8 hours; flexibility to complete ongoing cases and participate in call rotation.
  • A background check is required for licensing.
