Information Technology Summer Intern

Chaminade College Preparatory is currently seeking an Information Technology Summer Intern to work in the Information Technology Department. The position will be responsible for:


Responsibilities:

• Image, configure, and deploy laptops.
• Prepare devices (asset tagging, labeling, packaging)
• Enter and maintain inventory records.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows devices and peripherals.
• Manage and update tickets in SolarWinds Help Desk
• Assist with Microsoft Office 365 account and email setup.
• Support general IT projects and workspace organization.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Windows support experience
• Familiarity with device imaging tools (MDT, SCCM, or similar)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Office 365
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 pounds

Preferred Experience:

• Help desk or school IT experience.
• Exposure to inventory or asset management systems
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, device connectivity)
