Description: JOB COMMENTS/REQUIREMENTS: 4 call shifts required a month/2 wknight and 2 wkend/rotation signup AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY! The more flexible they are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster we can secure an offer!

· Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later

· RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO during the first week of assignment

· Please list all facilities the candidate is willing to work in. Specify facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state

· All shifts the candidate is willing to work

· All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work

All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Please let us know immediately if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.

Requirements:

· Must have a minimum of 24 months Endoscopy experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]

· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]

· No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

· RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]

· Candidate driver's license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]

· Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
