Senior Production Manager

We're partnering with a manufacturing client seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation. Responsible for the leadership and guidance of the Production Department, including establishing goals and objectives, planning the department's operating budget, ensuring compliance with and enforcing policies, implementing corrective actions, leading cost reduction efforts, maintaining personnel headcount, and evaluating team member performance. Qualified candidates will have: 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably within automotive 8+ years of leadership experience managing production teams Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and JIT/JIS environments Knowledge of IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CTPAT standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
