VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within a school setting. The BCBA will work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, special education staff, and related service providers to improve student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral interventions. This role is ideal for professionals with experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges in K-12 educational environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based BCBA services and behavioral support to students requiring Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior evaluations to identify student needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with student goals and educational programming.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, school psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings , multidisciplinary team meetings, and student support planning.
• Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based recommendations to improve student performance and engagement.
• Train and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff on behavioral strategies and intervention techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, school district policies, and applicable state regulations.
• Support positive learning environments through proactive behavior management and individualized student interventions.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Ability to effectively collaborate with school personnel, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school, educational, pediatric, clinic, or community setting preferred.
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral needs.
• Experience participating in IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education compliance activities.
