• Provide outpatient ophthalmology clinical care, including patient evaluations and follow-ups.
  
• Perform cataract surgeries and intravitreal injections.
  
• Maintain a high volume of clinic patients (minimum 4 patients per hour).
  
• Perform surgical procedures (12-14 per day) in the first week of each two-week rotation.
  
• Collaborate with supporting MAs and ensure efficient workflow.
