As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 PM - 02:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 02:00 AMSun05:00 PM - 01:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of entertainment venue areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and observe guest activity in accordance with site procedures, escalating incidents to appropriate personnel as needed. Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
