Travel Speech Language Pathologist – 8hr Days

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
• Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) independently
• Document patient progress and clinical findings using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Independent proficiency with Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Background in acute care or hospital-based speech therapy settings
• Strong skills in dysphagia management and swallowing disorders
